Delectable Batlawa, created using our family recipe! If you have never tasted Batlawa you are in for a delightful surprise. If you have tasted Batlawa or Baklava, as the Greeks call it, there are none to compare with ours...except for possibly your Grandmother's!  

Batlawa is made by layering thin sheets of phylo dough with butter, sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. It is then baked to golden crispiness and smothered in flavored sugar sauce.

Our Batlawa makes a wonderful ending to your dinner party or a delicious sweet treat.
