Father Sam's Bakery was started in 1977 as a wholesale bakery, supplying quality pocket/pita bread to grocery stores and restaurants in Western New York. My father, Father Albert Abuid Sam, used our famliy's bread recipe as the base of our product line; our Large White Pocket. Through the years we have added not only different sizes and flavors of pocket bread, we also bake different sizes and flavors of flour tortillas/wraps.  

As we continue to grow as a wholesale bakery; we are branching out a little by developing "Uniquely Gifts"our line of Gift Boxes.
